This class meets once per week for 60 minutes. It is designed for boys who are interested in learning basic or advanced tumbling and flipping. Classes utilize a wide variety of spotting harnesses and lead up drills to insure safety. Students are encouraged to develop strength, body control, and aerial awareness. Emphasis is put on developing a healthy respect for and safety first mentality towards all activities involving motion and height.
Summer Programs start July 15th and run through August 23rd.
