These classes are designed to help Girls and Boys bridge the gap between our Recreational classes and our Competitive Team Program. Both classes are 50 minute classes that meet once a week. Classes emphasize the further development of basic skills, and prioritize strength, flexibility and self-confidence.
Our School Year Programs are available September 3, 2025 through June 2026 at the following times.

All tuition rates are per student. Tuition rates for multiple classes per week cannot be split among multiple students.
